What we do
We explain the everyday sounds, settings and symptoms that make people search for help with a home appliance. Each guide starts with the observable situation, separates possible explanations, and points to the owner checks or official support route that fits the evidence.
What we do not do
We do not claim to identify a failed internal part from one symptom. We do not publish instructions for opening an appliance, testing live circuits, bypassing safety controls or replacing internal components. When a question crosses that boundary, the guide says so and points the reader toward the manufacturer or a qualified technician.
How sources are used
Articles link to manufacturer support pages, owner manuals and other primary public sources. Brand or model details appear only when they affect the explanation, and each article shows when its sources were checked.
Questions about an article, a source or a correction can be sent through the contact page.
